SHIPPING POLICY

Ands Silver ships with US Postal Service.  Packages are shipped by Priority Mail  unless otherwise requested.  Shipping prices vary according to size and location, but typically a 1 lb. package shipped from LA to NYC will cost about $5.50 and take about 3 to 5 business days.

Please be aware that handmade items cannot be exactly the same from one time to the next.

Ands Silver retains customer information, with your permission of course, such as numbers and addresses only for the purpose of improving your shopping experience with us.  This information does not leave our company.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Buying online is of course not the same as “hands on” shopping but we still want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, then you may exchange or return it within 14 days.  Before returning it please call and explain the circumstances. 

Once received and inspected, we will inform you of the status of your return/exchange. There will be a 15% restocking fee, unless it is our error.
